Not sure why everyone is ripping on these. My family loves them, and we love the fact that they don’t have any of the added “junk” preservation, colors, or corn syrup! Sure, if you’re eating a cookie you might not care about calories, but many of us do care about the artificial stuff we are putting in our bodies and make an effort to avoid it. A big thanks to Pillsbury for these awesome cookies! I brought some to work and had a lot of my staff ask where I found the recipe. Maybe stop complaining and make your own?♀️

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Pillsbury cookie doughs. I find it doesn't make as many cookies as it states but then again I tend to make big cookies. They are so fast and easy and taste great. The ready to use is also great because you can make a few at a time or the whole roll. It's also tastes good when you mix the chocolate chip and the sugar cookie doughs together.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are the best and so easy to make! I get the large one so I can double up on the dough and make bigger thicker cookies! Helpful hint is to let them cook then put them in a plate and cover with Saran Wrap to keep them soft and fresh!

Disappointing. I was so excited to get some pillsbury cookies and got a bit scared when I saw the package saying the recipe has changed. This version is no longer gooey in the inside and crispy on the outside, but rather more cake-like and you can tell as soon as you pull them out of the oven. Flavor is okay, but now they just kind of taste like every other chocolate chip cookie out there...they're not special like they used to be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For some reason the chocolate chips are extremely hard to bite down on. The taste is very, very sweet. I guess overall, I would give this item a rating of a three. The cookies aren't that great, but they aren't that bad either, so the cookies get an average rating, three.

Did not save my receipt.  Couldn't imagine Pillsbury making anything bad.  HOWEVER, You blew it.  This was like when Coke tried to change the age old recipe.  Ask them how that worked.  If someone was requesting a healthier (?) version, by all means keep going.  HOWEVER, PLEASE at least offer the option of the original OR the new improved (NOT) dough.  I feel betrayed after decades of satisfaction.

Regarding your “new” chocolate chip cookie dough. They claim to be “more like homemade” ... the original recipe was much more like homemade. I’ve read some of the customer reviews and I cannot comprehend anyone actually liking the new recipe. The texture is so-so, and the flavor is nearly non-existent! There is virtually NO flavor in these cookies. Except for the unpleasant aftertaste. I find it VERY hard to believe that these are the “natural” ones. I threw out half of the dough. Wasn’t worth the electricity to bake them. When you make a terrible mistake like this, undo it as soon as possible!  Candy
