One of the bags was damaged and open. This is the second order with this issue. Had to be replaced making the order wait time inaccurate and much longer than planned. Check your products before alerting the customer it is ready.

Substantially cheaper with free delivery, than any other retailer without shipping. What’s with the insane price increases elsewhere? It’s puzzling why they box every bag, taking up wasted space in the delivery truck and your recycle or landfill.

These crystals clogged my conditioner. I had to empty the holding tank and clean everything. Then I had to buy additional salt pellets to get the conditioner going again.

Well I ordered two bags of this crystal for my water softener. Got one bag of this and a bag of ice melt calcium cloride pellets! Probably don’t want those in my water softener!

Way cheaper (and the same thing!) than “pool salt”. Thanks to finding by chance, trouble free pool dot com website that recommended this instead. Tested Chem before and after… Worked great.
