These crystals clogged my conditioner. I had to empty the holding tank and clean everything. Then I had to buy additional salt pellets to get the conditioner going again.

I thought I was getting the larger pellets, rather than the smaller crystals. Both work, but the smaller crystals seem to be used up faster than the larger pellets. It was probably my fault in the ordering, so I can't complain too much.

Well I ordered two bags of this crystal for my water softener. Got one bag of this and a bag of ice melt calcium cloride pellets! Probably don’t want those in my water softener!

I like the free delivery with competive pricing on the salt. I disliked that it was delivered a day early. I disliked that the salt was being put on the porch when I asked for it to be delivered to the garage.

The only negative comment I have regarding this driver put the order right in front of gate. Had to climb fence to move boxes and open gate. Please inform driver not to block gate in the future. This was a substitute driver

This is the brand that my softener tech recommended. They work well, I buy a few bags every few months! There is no sludge at the bottom of my tank and these break down properly to help soften our water. I will continue to purchase these!

I bought the salt to kill the invasive mint, which I also bought at Walmart earlier this Summer. It did not work. The mint destroyed my garden which I have spent thousands of dollars to build.

We buy Morton salt for our water softener. This was highly recommended by the guy who installed our softener. It works perfectly in our sinks and showers to keep calcium build-up and our skin soft. Best investment we ever made.
