These crystals clogged my conditioner. I had to empty the holding tank and clean everything. Then I had to buy additional salt pellets to get the conditioner going again.

I ordered 5 bags of this. Only 1 bag was delivered (see picture posted by delivery person). My order states 5 bags %26 I was charged for 5 bags. I want my other 4 delivered!

I have been using Morton Salt in my water softener for a while - it works great. Right now, Walmart has the best price anywhere and free shipping to home! Great buying experience overall.

This is one of the best water softener salts I have used, each crystal has a ton of surface area and gets the job done. Stay away from all of the pellets!!! Hardly any surface area and doesn’t do a very good job.

Recently renovated our house. Was hesitant about the idea of having glass shower doors because of the very hard water. Water softener and this salt solved the problem.

This is the brand that my softener tech recommended. They work well, I buy a few bags every few months! There is no sludge at the bottom of my tank and these break down properly to help soften our water. I will continue to purchase these!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I need this for the water softener, it is much cheaper at Walmart than the hardware store and the bags are 40lbs.not 50 which is too heavy for me to handle.

I use this rock salt when I make ice cream. It works great and is less expensive than buying it in the small boxes designated as rock salt FOR making ice cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are cheaper brands but they are also dirtier than the Morton. Walmart always has the best price so I buy the best salt at the best price.

Our softener requires solar salt. We were relieved to find that Sam’s carries this. We used the pick up in club and it was ready when we got there. Would highly recommend.
