Why don’t they make a 25 pound bag? I can’t carry 40 pounds anymore. 25 would be hard to handle but at least I could battle a little better with that.

We use this as ice melt. It is safe for our dogs as well as the lawn and deck. It works very well. If it gets tracked into the house it causes no harm. Very safe product overall.

The local Walmart is not reliable carrying water softening crystals. Pellets, yes. Crystals, no. So I bought on-line and they were delivered promptly. But I would prefer the store carried them regularly.

EVERY OTHER BRAND I HAVE BOUGHT INCLUDING Clorox AND DIAMOND IS FULL OF DIRT. A person has to spend more time cleaning out their water softener after using the Diamond or the new Clorox brand . From now on I will only buy MORTON!

The blue and green have very small salt pebbles so it makes it easy to scoop into the water softener . The yellow one is bigger pebbles and hard to scoop .

great softener salt! Beware that if you live in a climate that has high humidity or your salt tank is in an area that has high humidity you may experience "bridging".

It’s hard to find crystals in the store, lately. I had 5 bags delivered. They came in individual boxes when delivered. I had to open them outside and carry them in by their bag handle. A lot of wasted cardboard from delivery!

Our water softener company recommended using crystals instead of pellets because the material used to hold the pellet together can cause buildup and shorten the life of components.

I ordered 6 bags of softener salt at 7.97 each for a total of 47.82. I got 1 bag and was charged 38.99. I want to file a claim for 38.09 which is the difference between the 38.99 I was charged and the order price of 7.97.
