I did a pan-seared Cajun salmon with a Cajun- inspired homemade Alfredo with the tortellini and it was amazing!

I add Alfredo sauce and cooked chicken (rotisserie really makes it easy!) then pair it with a salad and garlic biscuits.

The cheese has a little bit of a weird flavor for an after taste but all in all this is a good product
