I did a pan-seared Cajun salmon with a Cajun- inspired homemade Alfredo with the tortellini and it was amazing!

Made creamy tortellini soup with this, very good. Didn't disintegrate, cooked and puffed nicely. Wish they carried certified organic pasta.

Quick easy and tasty. 4 minutes just add sauce which you can have cooking while the water is getting ready to boil.

LOVE these! I put them in soup, sauteed with veggies and put with meat! Wonderful flavor and easy to incorporate into any meal!
