After moving into my own house, I’ve had a long process of getting organized. This was the piece I needed for organizing the business part of my life. It’s well made and I love that it has integrated file folder rails. Inexpensive peace of mind.

I am very happy with my purchase of the Sentry Safe Model 1170! I think it is a good value for the money. I would prefer for the interior of the safe to be a little bigger but overall it is good for what I needed it for.

Purchased in 2000 and has features I need. This safe was used for "important" items & documents. Not big enough for all things though. For the addional items I also had to buy another safe "0310" in 2002 that secured the rest.

This is my second Sentry Safe. My first one was my deceased father in laws, it was dropped and the back of the lid was broken, so I bought a new one. I love my safe.

I love this fire safety box because it is very heavy and built well. Easy to open and close, I leave the keys right in for quick access. I feel my papers are safe inside.

Two plastic tabs or nubs function as the hinges. As I unlocked the safe and began to open it, the lid fell off. One of the hinge nubs was completely broken off, so nothing was holding the lid on one side. This was discovered during unpackaging

I like the safe it feels extremely heavy but durable. I don’t know if I would be able to carry it if I needed to quickly run out my house. The keys feels good quality which is great cause it gives u peace it won’t snap or something.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fits documents easily and has convenient rails for file folders. Great option to protect important papers.

Purchased these as gifts for my 2 children both out on their own now establishing homes. I think they both really appreciated them. They arrived timely and in good condition.

Very heavy for its size and appears to be well built/designed. The lock works perfectly. With things like this you hope that you will not find out that it really works as advertised. I’m not hoping for a fire! Haha
