I did much research before I made my purchase. Based on reviews and word of mouth from a security company owner I purchased the Sentry file safe. Wish it was a combination not a key. If we ever have fire my opinion may change my mind.

Structure cracks along back edge and front. Have never seen this before!! Must be a defect.. I have another safe from this company and have had for many years?

I purchased three of them at $ 40.00 each, what a great buy. I doubt I would have purchased on(1) at the original price mainly because my budget and needs would not allow for it. The quality is outstanding.

It is a very solid lock box, and a bit heavier than I expected, but I didn't really look at the weight which was probably listed online. The size is perfect for storing important files/documents and easy to lock.

Perfect for letter size documents. You can even keep letter size envelopes and they fit good. If you have larger documents than letter size, they won't fit.

Prefect size for someone wanting more room for valuables or documents than a small fire box provides without committment to full sized safe. Great value as well.

The size it nice and it seems very sturdy. we have a fire box now from decades ago and this is so much of an upgrade. I rated 4 stars because I just got it so have not had it long enough to give 5 stars.

This safe feels tough and durable and I am confident it will protect my documents. I am a bit disappointed it wasn't as large as I had anticipated. Fortunately I don't have much.
