We’re disheartened to hear our ProHealth Advanced toothbrush bristles weren’t soft, as all our brushes undergo numerous quality checks to ensure they provide the best brushing experience. We offer several different styles of brush heads, ranging from extra soft to medium. Keep in mind a new toothbrush may initially feel harder than your previous one, which has likely been used for 3 months or more. The new one should begin to feel softer after continued use.
