[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worked pretty well until hose failed after ~ 10 uses. Hose cracked, no replacement options... was stored inside and used appropriately. Angle of the hose/clip is faulty and kinks the hose to almost 90degrees , this is where it failed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace my trusty 10+ year old little green. First impressions were great - really good spot cleaner, with good suction. But... took it out a couple of weeks ago to address a pet mess. As I sucked up, there was suddenly an unusual amount of water coming out of the hose at the nozzle end. The hose had failed, and had a 1/2" split. Quick check of the failure location showed why - the hose length is just slightly less than it should be. The had always made seating the hose nozzle in its storage spot slightly frustrating, but I always got it back in eventually. However this created stress where the hose bent slightly (the bend location is intentional.) - very clear design flaw. (Quick search online confirmed that other users had encountered the same issue.) I probably used in no more than once a month in the 18 months I had it. Extremely disappointed.

I've owned an older version of this and it wasn't powerful at all. I used it once and it sat on the hanging stand for the last few years going completely untouched, it was a huge disappointment. I don't believe this one will go untouched. I wasn't in the market for one of these after having a bad experience with an older version also but Bissell but I'm glad I tried it because this one is great and will be used in my house over and over again I foresee. That being said, I would now recommend the Little Green Proheat to others because Bissell has created a product that is now powerful enough and user friendly enough to do the job it's supposed to do. Bravo Bissell!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What can I say! I have owned expensive shampooers and this one is my favorite! The size and weight is great. No cons there. The noise level is better than the big machines. The effectiveness is fantastic. We have 2 dogs that drag a lot of mud and dirt inside to the 2 large neutral-color rugs we have. I was so pleased how quick and effectively these dark spots came right up. You can see the dirt lift away. I love that I don't have to drag my large unit out because this one is so much easier to use and just as quick to get the job done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought new, when assembling it I found that the button to hold the attachment on the hose is pushed down to where it will not hold the attachment. Returned it for a different one and it had the same problem. This is obviously a manufacturing problem that quality control is not catching.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bissell Little Green Proheat is a great portable option for little messes. I hate dragging out a huge carpet cleaner when there is just a little spill or pet accident. The Proheat makes it so I can clean up these messes immediately anytime they happen. Setting this up out of the box was super easy and intuitive, but there are also directions in 3 different locations so they can't be missed. The label on the clean water tank is easy to follow. I added the hot water and the cleaning solution (a small sample comes in the box, but make sure when replacing to get the kind for portable cleaners) for a small area (can be filled more for larger areas, which is marked too). The exhaust from the motor blows on the water tank to help keep the water warm for a longer period of time. There is a trigger to spray the water on the soiled area. I would like to see the trigger made smaller or somehow moved to a different spot because while sucking up the water I hit the trigger a couple times accidentally spraying out more water. After spraying you are supposed to wait around 5 minutes for the solution to penetrate before sucking it up. I sprayed all of the areas I planned to clean at once, then went back to each to dry them. There are scrub bristles at the end of the attachment so I scrubbed the area and then sucked up the water. This worked really well and the carpets were dry a couple hours later. This picked up the mud someone tracked in and cleared up an area where my cat got sick. I also tried this on my couch and it dried quickly too. I like that this also comes with a 3-in-1 attachment for stairs. It works well for the curves of the couch too. It can get into corners and curves. There is also an attachment to help clean the hose once you are done with the cleaner. I used this at the kitchen sink as there was a tiny amount of mist that came out when cleaning the hose. The water containers are easy to pop in and out. I received a free product in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two small dogs under 20 pounds. This product can barely clean up after my 6 pound dog. It broke in under a month, it is in an inferior product, that was poorly designed. Try again and do better.

I was able to get tough stains out easily and quickly !!! Very happy with this product. It is easy to use , instructions were simple and easy to follow, it's a powerful tool , but light weight , so I can carry it easily , and the most important thing: it works ! Just like magic it it able to remove tough old stains !! I am very impressed and happy with this product!!

I bought the Bissell Spotclean Little Green to clean up little messes and car interior. The first time I used it, dirty water leaked and sprayed out the hose where it connects to machine. Repaired the faulty product. Still leaked. Everything I cleaned up in one area, dirty water was deposited where the machine sat. Terrible product. I do not recommend it. Waste of money as it was thrown in the trash on the third use.
