I bought this for some pet stains compliments of my aging dog. I like the suction and it cleans pretty well, but not a whole lot better than manual scrubbing. In spite of the name and the fact that SOME models heat water, this one does not. I guess I just assumed that it did, given that it is called pro-heat and one that I borrowed from a friend did indeed heat the water. It does keep the water hot if you put hot water in, so there is that. UGH

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love that I can pull this out of the closet to clean and it does a good job cleaning HOWEVER the hose has cracked by the handle! I looked at some of the other reviews and I see that we aren't the only ones with this problem. I believe the problem is two fold- inferior material and design flaw. The hose is placed in a stressed position to hook it into the clasp provided. I also noticed that a replacement hose is not available!?! Really! The important part of this cleaner and you won't provide a replacement! Come on BISSELL!

I've had to clean my couch and my stairs before most with my hands, since my large carpet cleaner was too big and bulky. When my new little Green Pro Heat machine arrived my dog had just thrown up on the couch. What a life saver! In the time it would have taken me to hand clean the cushion I was able to clean the whole couch. Not only was it easier and faster, it dried faster and had better results. Of course after the couch I moved on to the stairs. I love the three in one tool it was able to clean everything I couldn't before. I recommend this cleaning machine to everyone!!

After the first one broke, I wrote to the company and they sent me out a new one. But, this one also had the same issues as the first one.

I've used it on my sofa & my wall to wall carpet. I'm embarrassed to say how much dirt it extracted! Bissell Little Green ProHeat will now be a part of my regular cleaning routine.

Now after the last few disasters I have to take all the great things back! I used this on many different things. Especially my car seats!!! I have had it less than a year and the last two times i tried to use it a lot of water was coming from the bottom ruining what I had just cleaned.. Actually made it worse. And then I couldnt clean it again. Then today it did it again but after 15 minutes of trying it wouldnt even suck up anything. Sad i thought I liked bissel better than my shark but im afraid not. :(

It works well for spills, urine, car/furniture upholstery, etc. Hose is stiff and very awkward to manipulate and broke/ripped open after a few uses. Beware of pre treating stains because if you use a product that creates suds, the dirty water tank overflows and starts spurting nasty water all over your floor. Need to keep this machine on a thick towel while in use which makes it less portable and user friendly.

I had a older version that did an ok job cleaning, but was nearly impossible to clean the machine itself. I am SO glad to see that is not the case with this Little Green Machine! It not only cleans my carpet, I am able to easily clean the machine itself! All the cleaning tools come apart so they can be cleaned, and it comes with a special attachment that allows you to clean the hose. It was super simple to put together as well. I love it so much and would definitely recommend buying one!

Cleans everything right out of carpet like magic. I use it to clean my white couch, to clean my carpet and in my car! I used this on a Dr. Pepper Stain that's been in the backseat of my car for 15+ years and it looks brand new.

I used it to clean the headrests in my car where hair products, sweat, and dust have built up. This cleaned it like a pro!!! I thought i was going to have to take it to a cleaner!!!
