Cat had a large hairball splash about 10 inches long by 4 inches wide on carpeted stairs. Had dried by the time we saw it. With easy use the vacuum cleaned and restored the light gray carpet.

Bought it to deep clean my 20-year-old truck seats, thought it was past due. It was an employee, Leonisha, I believe that's her name, who suggested this item and by the knowledgeable way she explained how it worked and the many other uses; I was sold. I bought it, brought it home, and after hours of usage; my truck looks and smells new again. I did not know what to get and your employee did a beautiful job of being a guiding light. Worked great on my couch! We have a 4 pet and 3 kid household and our couch needed some TLC. This worked great to get out some dirt and minor stains.

I have two cats and two dogs. Needless to say I needed this to do spot cleaning, and it works great. Not to mention, I was able to clean a couple of my dining room chairs, which worked fantastic.

Previous had one after years of use needed to replace it. Only thing it does not have the hookup to clean the line. Has more attachments, but haven't used them yet. Works wonderful to clean mattresses and box spring. Stairs and spots from the dog or husband tracking in dirt from yard work.

Returning it. Bought it to handle small spills - does a grest job of suctioning the spill. Dirty water tank LEAKS like a sieve so most of the spill ends up back on the floor a foot away. The rest drips out as you move the machine.
