It leaks on the floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to open the box when it arrived and to use it. Bought this to clean our couch. One word, AMAZED! For its size, it sure can clean. Used it on our couch once and you can already see the improvements. This portable cleaner was easy to use when following the directions and convenient. We will try it on our truck's seats next. Extremely happy with my purchase.

It worked but very awkward to use just not the ideal to clean furniture. If I'd know how great this is, would have bought it years ago. Thanks Bissell for being such a great truthful company. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this to clean my couches and rug, including any pet accidents! I used to use another brand similar to this machine, but it didn't heat up. The heat feature makes a huge difference!! Faster to clean and pulls more dirt and stains out from fabrics. Easy to clean and compact for storage!

This little portable cleaner has now picked up dog accidents on carpet, left clean and lovely scent. Could not be happier with this wonderful little carpet and upholstery cleaner.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my 10 year old couches, which unfortunately it does not work great on. I think this is more due to my couches having loose fabric rather than the cleaner itself. Only true downside to the design is the drainage hole for the clean water reservoir. It is on the side and quite small, thus you cannot pour all the water out of it after use and takes forever to dry for putting it away.

Despite putting carefully heated water (within the guidelines given in the directions) into it, it came old cold. Like, not even not warm, cold. I started to wonder if the machine wasn't actually actively cooling the water. Not only that, not a single stain came out of either mattress. I'm still upset with myself for being suckered into this purchase.

I soaked the area with the provided solution for 15 minutes and went TWICE with the vacuum. The stain is still visible on the carpet but disgusting water did pour out! When it's wet, it looks completely gone but I may have to soak & clean one more time before the stain is completely removed. I got the proheat because it was said to heat the water (more effective) but the instructions also told me to put in warm water (???).
