[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum. Been trying to clean my car since forever and i can smell a huge difference. I would have gave 5 stars but my only flaw with it is cleaning the actual vacuum. My car was dirty so the hose inside was gross. I wasn't given instructions on how to clean the inside so I had to make up my own method. Otherwise this product is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought it to completely clean my big sectional couch, it is a little time consuming but did a good job! Was quite surprise to see the color of the water coming out where my dog usually lays! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works pretty decent but the heating element seems a little weak, needs an option to just heat w/o running the vacuum so you're not stuck listening to it while it warms. Would have been nice if it came w/a small separate brush for tight spaces. Suction could be a little better but overall not bad. The hose needs to be an inch longer, it's a stretch to get the head to wrap around and mount in it's holder. Did a pretty good job, although required a bunch of passes, cleaning old dirty seats in an old project car. I legit thought they were gray for the last 2.5 yrs I've owned it...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's perfect for pet accidents, or even little spills from my toddlers. We used it right after my son spilled orange juice on the couch and it worked great! No issues. It fits perfectly in my closet too and is much easier than the huge bulky machines. #sweepstakes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this to clean wine stains and dog potty accidents. This is excellent at cleaning wine stains but I did not feel like it really penetrated down to the urine stain left by my dog. I even used the PET PRO OXY Spot & Stain Formula for Portable Carpet Cleaners and still noticed a faint urine stain afterward. I had to use a different product altogether to clean this. I am disappointed as the dog messes are the primary reason I purchased this product. Otherwise, this is easy to use and easy to clean.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my little green preheat ,it only took 3 weeks for this little thing to arrive, but it was Worth the wait.....did my furniture that I had for five years used it once and my furniture looks brand new again.....so don't hesitate just order it now it's worth every penny.......

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine is an absolute miracle. 10 years of stains? No problem! This will get all the stains out immediately. This is worth more than any price tag amount. I would've paid triple for it now that I know how well this product works!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the cleaner a few days after receiving it. Had a number of small carpet stains from the cats. Cleaned them right up. The cleaner was easy to use, light enough to carry around to different stain locations, and easy to clean it when finished. #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This portable carpet cleaner also works as a handy wet vacuum cleaner. No doubt Bissell can sell you a floor cleaning product for every room of your house. In a pinch, however, this handy-size carpet cleaner vacuums up water, either from spills or from mopping tile floors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The little green does work great for small areas. I have a dog and so far it doesn't seem to have any issues with hair clogs because each part can be disassembled and cleaned out (of course I vacuum the areas prior to steaming but I can never get all the hair). Overall I am satisfied, but for larger areas I do have to empty and refill the machine to get the whole area.
