It also doesn't stay wet long. You're able to get most of the water off the surface with a couple of passes. I also have seen people use this to clean their car seats with great results. Only reason i give 4 stars is because i thought it was portable and it's corded. If you're thinking of getting it, do it.

After we got settled in our new home with a large ivory area rug, I decided it was time to get a new machine. Although our dog is housebroken, he does throw up from time to time.
