I used the Little green machine on them and after just one wash they are looking better! Since the stains are old they didn't go away completely but i know after a few more washes they will be like new!! #sweepstakes

As soon as she opened it she put it to use on a white area rug that the dog had thrown up on a week earlier. There were still traces of a stain. The Bissell cleaned the area and made it look good as new! Now she has to clean the rest of the area rug.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This little machine is amazing. We have used it several times to clean a couch that does not have removable covers. Like new and strangely satisfying to see the before and after. This has renewed our couch and certainly paid for itself.

Great little product and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. Bravo! I cleaned my staircase first thing and I found that it did a great job. The tools were easy to use. The unit could have used a different cord, it's too short to use without an extension cord for most applications, but the cord is long enough to get in the way. I would have liked to see a retractable cord or just a small stub, seeing how you would likely need an extension cord anyway.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the original so I was excited to try this one. I love that it's slimmer and it still does a great job on my couches. The only thing I'm not happy with is the hose length. It's short and does not reach far. Other then that it's great.

Quite satisfied with the results cleaning a large area rug that needed a good cleaning. You can see the results by the black water lifted out of the rug. Next we will clean upholstered furniture.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this little machine. I have done all of my area rugs and they are like new! It takes out musty smell and leaves the carpets nice and fluffy. The waste water is so dirty...didn't know how dirty my carpets were! #sweepstakes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to clean my 10 year old couches, which unfortunately it does not work great on. I think this is more due to my couches having loose fabric rather than the cleaner itself. Only true downside to the design is the drainage hole for the clean water reservoir. It is on the side and quite small, thus you cannot pour all the water out of it after use and takes forever to dry for putting it away.

I have a dog and so far it doesn't seem to have any issues with hair clogs because each part can be disassembled and cleaned out (of course I vacuum the areas prior to steaming but I can never get all the hair). Overall I am satisfied, but for larger areas I do have to empty and refill the machine to get the whole area.
