Love ginger

Not really up to my expectations

I bought this brand and thought it looked dark. On further label inspection I found it was over 2 years expired.

Too salty! Lends a strange note to my morning oatmeal. Why are you adding salt to minced ginger anyway?

Love to put this in numerous foods. Especially on my Salmon. Makes it so easy to add healthy ginger to foods.

I only wish it was available in my local store. I found it there once and when I needed more I had to order it online.

Best ginger ever! I put it on mostly everything. I have a bottle for work and home.
