Great taste.

So Delicious and it stores well in the refrigerator.  I use it in dishes that are cooked and have used  it raw as a sub for pickled ginger when I make homemade sushi bowls.

Ginger was good

I bought this thinking it would taste only like ginger. I like ginger to flavor my coffee and tea. This didn’t have a strong ginger taste and it tastes like it has salt in it. I will not be buying this again. This is not as convenient and versatile as I expected it to be

Not Versatile

This stuff is so good, but so expensive everywhere else. It's definitely sweeter than typical ginger paste. It's practically candy. Goes great in most dishes or sauces that call for ginger
