I love this product! It is a staple in my refrigerator and so hand to use when needed in my recipes.

Everyday i squeeze a tablespoonfull into a 20oz glass of Iced Teas to counter Inflamation & Cancers. I drink 2 of these 20oz glasses daily. I make this flavorful cold tea by combining 4 bags of green tea with 6 bags of black tea and 3 bags of peach tea added for flavoring into a 1 gallon pitcher that i set near a sunlit kitchen window . I add 6 tablespoons of RealLemon concentrate and 4 tiny scoops of Sweet & Low also for flavoring into the gallon pitcher. I have been enjoying this ginger drink for 7 + years now.

I have been dealing with gastritis from a possible contaminated food source. It's been a month and it's hard to eat almost anything...except this! I will squeeze out about a tablespoon and eat this. From that point I can eat some things. It helps my blood sugar in the AM. I want to find a way to make this at home as it can be difficult to find in many stores.

I've used this product for years and never been disappointed. I make a ginger sesame slaw that is almost zero calorie or fat and it's my favorite side dish. I also use this for stir fry and Ramen and it simply can't be beat.
