This stuff is so good, but so expensive everywhere else. It's definitely sweeter than typical ginger paste. It's practically candy. Goes great in most dishes or sauces that call for ginger

I use this in my Golden Goo recipe along with other good stuff, which is my daily health bite.

I love adding ginger to everything from stir fry to pan fried chicken, steak or pork. Adds a wonderful taste.

I have searched every store around my house for minced Ginger I could find garlic everywhere but no Ginger I was ecstatic to be able to order and have it delivered to my home.

Great idea but didn't find it had much flavor when used for cooking.

I like this product but but I returned it due to the expiration date being less than six months. This it not something I use on a regular mostly on salmon.

It would of probably been very good...however...I wouldnt know because whoever was in charge of delivery doesnt keep the ginger cool enough for consumption!! By the time I recieved the ginger it was soooooo hot in the delivery truck that the bottle of ginger was as hot as well and I MEAN HOT!!

Too sweet tasting. I don't really like it

I bought this thinking it would taste only like ginger. I like ginger to flavor my coffee and tea. This didn’t have a strong ginger taste and it tastes like it has salt in it. I will not be buying this again. This is not as convenient and versatile as I expected it to be
