Dont tighten down all screws on legs until the arms are inserted into slots or arms will be difficult to insert. Once arms are inserted then tighten all screws on legs.

this is a very well made shower chair and I love it. after using a transfer chair for over a year it's nice to have a small chair I can pick up and move where I need it to be.

I needed it to fit inside the tub rather than a shower post surgery. My tub is older and narrower than a usual size, but this was a perfect size for a smaller space yet sturdy and configuarble. It was nice to be able to easily remove the arm rests as needed, and it was very lightweight, so no concerns lifting post surgery.

When looking for a shower chair I was very surprised how low most of them sit. I guess they don't know that most disabled people have a hard time getting out of a chair. But this one is working out great! It's sits up high enough that it's very easy to get up, especially with the padded grip arm rests. It's fits in the tub almost perfect, the legs hit right about when the sides of the tub curve up, but it's still very stable. The only real issue with it was one of the screw holes on the back of back rest doesn't align with the other holes so one screw got left off. It doesn't appear to be an issue. Overall it's a nice comfortable chair.

Assembled very easily. Generally sturdy for people with higher body weight. The arms provide support while sitting/maneuvering, however, both sides should be used for greater stability, especially if you are a larger person. I have a shower bar in my bathroom, but the extra arms of the shower chair give added the added support needed. I have quad injury, so stability is key for me.

This shower chair was quick and easy to assemble. It's very sturdy in my shower and adds a great sense of security post cervical fusion surgery. It's allowed me to have some independence I wouldn’t have had without it. It's still in my shower, waiting to help with my spinal fusion. It will probably be a permanent fixture in my shower to continue to help keep me safe.

I'm a 57 year old lady with balance issues. I bought this because I worry about falling when I'm getting in and out of the bathtub. This chair is very easy to put together. The side arm pieces needed a little extra squeeze to get them to slide into the tubes, but I got it. I found that my tub is slightly too narrow for the chair and because of that, it is a bit wobbly in the tub. So, I still can't put it in the tub. If I turn it sideways, it does fit. I may pull out one of the arm rests so that could work. Otherwise, I just have it sitting close to the tub so I can use it to steady myself as I get out of the tub. I then can use it to sit on as I get myself dressed.

This is the strongest chair I've purchased in 10 yrs. I'm so glad I found it, I bought 2! I truly recommend this shower chair.

This shower chair was kind of difficult to assemble. Also, the armrest that was sent, did NOT FIT the chair!
