The depth was a concern, but it works well with my mother's needs. The width was my main focus, and it's no problem at all, fits the tub perfectly. I would purchase a more comfortable pad for it, other than that it's fantastic.

There is absolutely nothing to dislike about this Medline Shower and Bath chair. It was extremely easy to assemble, it is very sturdy yet comfortable, the arm rests help significantly for balance and support, and it is the perfect size to use both in a shower or bathtub. I highly recommend this Medline chair for anyone who needs to seat because of health (disabled) issues while taking a shower. The fact that it can support up to 350 lbs. means a small or large person can use this chair.

I LOVE this. It is a 100% improvement over the next cheaper one, which broke during a shower and I landed on my back on the shower floor. It goes together amazingly easy (all parts included), it's much sturdier, and while I would have been happy with just the seat, the added back rest and side arms are a luxury. Worth every penny more than the cheaper one!

We bought this for bathing after a full knee replacement surgery. It’s been a blessing to have it so far! Would definitely recommend for help getting showered after major surgeries… D. Olsen

When looking for a shower chair I was very surprised how low most of them sit. I guess they don't know that most disabled people have a hard time getting out of a chair. But this one is working out great! It's sits up high enough that it's very easy to get up, especially with the padded grip arm rests. It's fits in the tub almost perfect, the legs hit right about when the sides of the tub curve up, but it's still very stable. The only real issue with it was one of the screw holes on the back of back rest doesn't align with the other holes so one screw got left off. It doesn't appear to be an issue. Overall it's a nice comfortable chair.

I needed it to fit inside the tub rather than a shower post surgery. My tub is older and narrower than a usual size, but this was a perfect size for a smaller space yet sturdy and configuarble. It was nice to be able to easily remove the arm rests as needed, and it was very lightweight, so no concerns lifting post surgery.

Assembled very easily. Generally sturdy for people with higher body weight. The arms provide support while sitting/maneuvering, however, both sides should be used for greater stability, especially if you are a larger person. I have a shower bar in my bathroom, but the extra arms of the shower chair give added the added support needed. I have quad injury, so stability is key for me.

I purchased this knowing I was having surgery and it would be difficult to shower for a few weeks. This chair is just what I needed to be able to take care of my shower needs. It is very sturdy and looks like it will last a long time.

I purchased this for my Mother. It was easy to assemble. I really liked the arm rest. My Mom feels comfortable sitting and being able to stand up without assistance. We are both very satisfied.

Got a used Product and I tried to return it, but I have no options to return. I mean while I was purchasing it I was being told I can return it but now I do not see an option to return.
