The depth was a concern, but it works well with my mother's needs. The width was my main focus, and it's no problem at all, fits the tub perfectly. I would purchase a more comfortable pad for it, other than that it's fantastic.

Easy to put together, and the measurements are as stated. The one thing I like best is that the arms can be removed to make it easy to slide onto the chair and easy to put back on while sitting in the chair!

This was bought for me so I could take a shower and feel secure when doing so. I recently suffered some medical issues dealing with my brain and this chair has helped my situation

The shower chair is study, easy to assemble, and requires no tools. It’s made by a company that has a stellar reputation for providing quality products.

Hand rails were wobbly. Worst part was the seat gets extremely slippery if any soap.at all gets on it. I literally almost. slipped. right off into the tub floor. I'm disabled and this could have been a life threatening event had I slipped off into the tub.

This chair was invaluable to me after knee replacement surgery. Yes, I could stand in the shower for a few minutes but much safer to sit when water was pouring on the top of my head and eyes closed. Hard to lose your balance when sitting! Highly recommend.

I'm a 57 year old lady with balance issues. I bought this because I worry about falling when I'm getting in and out of the bathtub. This chair is very easy to put together. The side arm pieces needed a little extra squeeze to get them to slide into the tubes, but I got it. I found that my tub is slightly too narrow for the chair and because of that, it is a bit wobbly in the tub. So, I still can't put it in the tub. If I turn it sideways, it does fit. I may pull out one of the arm rests so that could work. Otherwise, I just have it sitting close to the tub so I can use it to steady myself as I get out of the tub. I then can use it to sit on as I get myself dressed.

This shower chair was quick and easy to assemble. It's very sturdy in my shower and adds a great sense of security post cervical fusion surgery. It's allowed me to have some independence I wouldn’t have had without it. It's still in my shower, waiting to help with my spinal fusion. It will probably be a permanent fixture in my shower to continue to help keep me safe.

Poor design on handle layout. My husband had to re drill and re rivet mounts. The original placement was off and handles wouldn’t fit by approx 3”. He fixed it and made it work. Handles aren’t extremely tight and are a tad wobbly but are usable. Seat is comfy and wide. I like the ease of the adjustable legs. I bought this to replace another shower chair that fell apart. I used my insurance benefits card. It’s okay for what its attended for. I usually have to replace my shower chairs every 10-12 months cause they start to degrade and fall apart. Things aren’t made to last anymore. We will see how long this brand last.
