Cheese was perfect, melted great in Lasagna and on Pizza. Lasted a few weeks in the Fridge and freezes even better. It seems to be a large quantity but with the great taste you end up using it on everything. Definitely will buy again!

Loved this product! This mozzarella has a good flavor and texture. Love the larger shred! This mozzarella melts very evenly. The melted product's texture is creamy. The shreds remain separated in the bag, no clumps.

I really liked this low moisture part skim milk mozzarella cheese. It tastes good. It isn't clumpy it mealts well. Great for all of your cooking needs. I was hesitant about it being already shredded but it great I have no complaints.

Great tasting! The cheese is shredded perfectly. It melts evenly and is very gooey. If you don't plan on using the whole bag of cheese, it freezes very well. Just put it in a freezer bag, toss in freezer until you need more. Defrosts perfectly.

Great cheese. Perfect for tacos, quesadillas, philly cheesesteak, or anything your heart desires. I would recommend if your family uses a lot of cheese or if you are hosting a party! Can freeze and use as needed.

Very good cheese. I love making pasta & this cheese worked out well with my lasagna & a chicken and wine dish I had made. It melted nicely & tasted great! I would definetly buy this in the store again.

Great cheese melts really well and tastes absolutely delicious. It has a great price point and is more economical than buying the smaller bags at the grocery store. My family loves it will be buying again.

We buy this cheese all the time for dinners. From making pizzas to mostacciolli. This does melt. I would not say its a high quality italian cheese but it works for everyday dinners. No complaints from my family.

Large bag that would be perfect for making dishes for a group. It would be nice if the bag was resealable for better storage when used by a family that may take longer to use it. Shredded a bit uneven making it look like a fancy shred.

Nice large option for families. Great flavor, texture, low moisture, shredded. I used about 1/2 for a family lasagna and froze the rest. Freezes well, great condition when thawed. Melted great in lasagna last week. My family loved it!
