We have been buying this cheese for our homemade pizzas from Sam's Club for at least 20 years. Works great!

I buy as a layer for pasta meals. Portion size in bag is the main selling point. Less is also more when using.

I used it to make eggplant Parmesan. The cheese didn’t melt well even under the broiler. Very disappointing.

Home made pizzas are best when you use quality ingredients. This cheese is my sure fire ingredient for me to have my family happy and my guests looking forward coming over for home made pizza

Good price. Use it on a variety of recipes I make. I buy the bag, then split it into smaller portions, then freeze the portions I won't use for a while.
