It melts very well in soups. Has a good taste and it isn't to stringy. Wish that the bag was resealable somehow. Or if it came in a plastic container that was resealable that would be great. Overall great

This mozzarella cheeese has a good flavor right out of the bag and after cooking. It has a nice grate to it..not too fine. It melts great and the strings! It's how you expect your melted cheese to look and taste...delicious

Home made pizzas are best when you use quality ingredients. This cheese is my sure fire ingredient for me to have my family happy and my guests looking forward coming over for home made pizza

I thought all Mozzarella cheese was equal and normally purchased it elsewhere but Member's Mark (whoever makes it for them) is the best ever with larger "shreds" of cheese and absolutely robust as to flavor.
