Having a family of 5, this is the perfect size of shredded cheese to have around in the fridge. From Russian dishes like "belochka" to quesadilla's my boys love to other dishes my husband and I create. Taste delicious, not too salty and convenient to have in the fridge for just about anything to make. Great value for the price! Also, a great size for a bigger family that loves cheese.

I just recently started using this cheese.. I use it on pizzas and salads almost every day. The cheese melts wonderfully and tastes AMAZING. Sometimes shredded cheese doesn't have a lot of flavor or it has a powdery film on it, but this cheese has tons of flavor and it doesn't seem powdery at all. The quality is excellent!

I don’t understand the reviews that say this doesn’t melt well, etc. I’m pretty picky about my chees, but I tried out some Sam’s cheeses to see if I could save some money. Some I couldn’t bear to even finish. But this was impressively high quality—tasted way better than the bags you can buy at a regular grocery. Melts well and tastes like real cheese.

Really very tasteless lacking mozzarella flavor

Used on pizza, came out of the oven looking like it went in, shreds didn't melt together at all and it got cold very quickly

Main reason I go to Sam's club, it's hard to get better cheese for pizza anywhere else. The cheese melts just right and works really well for a cheesy pizza.

I was looking for the other Members Mark shredded mozzarella I guess they no longer carry, it was really good for pizza. This stuff is generic tasting. 2 stars because now I'm stuck with 4.5 lbs of this stuff.
