Been buying this product for at least a decade. The price has gone up significantly over the years, but now it's not even 5lbs, though it proudly states that on the package. I repackage into 1lb bags, using a scale. The last 2 bags I purchased have been under by 2 ounces. It may not seem like much. However, over time and per customer, that is a significant amount of loss on the consumers' part. Do better Sam's Club.

Nasty. Cheese taste like someone chewed already.

The flavor of this mozzarella is off. It just does not taste good. Morever, the (cheese) does not melt. That tells me it is NOT real cheese.

The last time I purchased this product the bag had slime in it. It is the 4th refrigerated Member’s Mark deli item we have purchased lately with slime in it. What is going on with their quality control??? Plus all the cheese was smashed together.

This cheese does not deserve the 5 star reviews! It has no flavor and is shredded very coarsely. It melts into a rubbery flavorless mat. Will be spending the extra $1 for a name brand.

Usually this cheese is decent. The last few times that I purchased it, it has been full of clumps. Shredded cheese should be shredded cheese. Disappointed.

Its just ok. TOO BIG, need 2 packs like the other shredded cheeses that are a finer shred so it melts better. Also would be nice if they would do like KROGER and make a PIZZA BLEND of Mozzarella, Provolone, Parmesan, Romano in fine shred. I probably wont buy this again because its a huge bag and the pieces are too big and stick together.

Stella makes the best domestic mozzarella cheese and I do recognize this cheese is Stella brand, but it doesn't taste the same as the 5 lb. block. Cheese was never meant to be sold in a shredded state, that got started because Americans are lazy. Something in the shredding process, or the aging in the bag, I don't know, but whatever it is effects the flavor, and not in a good way. Please make the block available to Sam's customers again.
