I did a comparison between this premium version and the other premium oyster sauces from a local supermarket. What a difference! This product’s taste is unami and less sweet and adds a much more flavor to your dishes. I love stir frying my vegetables in some sesame oil and then adding oyster sauce over them. I also use to to marinate shrimp, chicken or beef before grilling. Considerably more expensive than the some other brands in supermarkets, but well worth it. Great packaging as well. Such a simple way to make my Asian food taste more delicious!

The packaging looks cheap, and you don't want to buy it. I didn't like it. But maybe someone who really likes Asian food will like it. The composition is bad. Lots of chemicals and sugar.
