It has a thick texture to spread on top of your steamed broccoli or salmon. It also can be used at any other pan fried vegetables or meats to enrich the taste of the sauce.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A staple in our kitchen. Lee kum kee is our favorite brand as it’s the premium in taste. And oyster sauce is must in our household. We use it daily in all our dishes like stir fry. My favorite is to use it in beef and broccoli. There was a recipe given for steak marinated oyster sauce so I will definitely make next time!

And also I like to cook Oysters sauce with vegetables and beef . It’s really delicious and always available in my pantry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly not a bad oyster sauce for cooking, however, I do wish it was a little less strong so when using this I would suggest starting off with a little vs a lot. The consistency is very similar to other oyster sauces I've used. I was able to make great stir fried bok choy as a side dish with ease! The packaging is fine but the lid is annoying because its not a clear seal.

The packaging looks cheap, and you don't want to buy it. I didn't like it. But maybe someone who really likes Asian food will like it. The composition is bad. Lots of chemicals and sugar.

We tried to find a recipe that incorporated a tiny amount of oyster sauce, but it was still too fishy for me. However, my husband liked the sweetness of it and wasn’t as turned off by the fish taste.
