[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this oyster sauce in all my Chinese dishes. Pretty much makes my dishes taste great. Packaging looks prefect to easy to use. Texture of the sauce is nice and smooth when it comes out of the bottle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bottle is narrow and made of transparent glass. The neck is well sealed. I was glad that the sauce was made in the USA. Not a bad line-up. The sauce is thick and viscous, dark brown in color. The sauce is very salty with a sweet tinge, but besides that, the taste of the sauce is quite versatile. The only thing I didn't really like was that I got the feeling that there were notes of soda in the aftertaste. I have not tried such sauces before, so, unfortunately, I cannot judge how correct it is. But I tried the concentrated version (straight from the bottle). If you cook with this sauce, you definitely do not need to salt the dish. Also, in my opinion, it is better to dilute the sauce a little in water or broth beforehand (you can also add a little corn starch). I liked that the recipe card came with the sauce. There is a QR code on this card. According to the code, there are many detailed video recipes using this sauce. Recipes of different difficulty levels, in addition to the video there is a text description. The first time I did not cook according to the recipe, so the taste turned out to be a little strange for me. But next time I will follow the recipe strictly. Please also note that after opening the bottle, the sauce must be stored in the refrigerator (ideally no more than 2 months). I like to try new things, so I will definitely give this sauce another chance.

Secondly, it has a wonderful taste and enriches so many dishes. Although it is bigger than most of the other brand bottles, I have been surprised at how much I have already used. I found it to be great in a stir fry, adding a wonderful, umami flavour. I used it in chicken and vegetable spring rolls as well as in a meat pie stew. From now on I won’t be using any other make of sauce
