[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve tried this brand of oyster sauce before but only the red label kind that I can get at my local supermarket. I love oyster sauce especially on Chinese broccoli. I read in one of my cookbooks that the “blue label” oyster sauce from this brand is the best because it has actual oysters in the recipe (vs just flavoring). It is superior and I will seek out this one moving forward! Love the red label but this is a step up. Much more real flavor.

The texture was good you can thicken it up to make a thicker sauce. Had good ingredients but seemed a little salty for me. But otherwise very good. Would recommend it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very different than typical sauces , I used it to make chicken teriyaki in a Japanese fashion like they do in restaurants. It turned out amazing and pretty close to what we usually order. You only need a little for a bunch of flavor !!

The only reason I didn’t give it a full 5 stars is that it can be a bit salty if overused, so I’d recommend starting with small amounts and adjusting to taste. The consistency is very similar to other oyster sauces I've used. I was able to make great stir fried bok choy as a side dish with ease! The packaging is fine but the lid is annoying because its not a clear seal.

We use it daily in all our dishes like stir fry. My favorite is to use it in beef and broccoli. There was a recipe given for steak marinated oyster sauce so I will definitely make next time!

Actually I’ve using Lee Kum Kee’s soy sauce, oyster sauce, and fish sauce for over 10 years, and I stick with this brand name because they’re all delicious, the flavors taste so good, texture is good, I use oyster sauce for stirring, grilling,…. and our meals came out DELICIOUS!! To me it’s a little bit salty so I don’t want to put too much oyster sauce to marinate pork, beef, fish, or chicken. But as my husband said it’s not that salty, so maybe it depends on your taste. So you can put as the way you want. I definitely will get it again. Highly recommended for this product.

Since I couldn’t try it I gave it to my sister who made some stir fry using this sauce in veggies and she said it was delicious! Said it has a sweet and tangy taste.
