[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Bought this machine Nov 2 2023. I wanted a machine with little "Bells and Whistle". I went with this one because of the reviews and that it didn't look as complicated as some. In Dec I had a service member come to my house. My Complaints were: (1) Dispenser doesn't drain all the way. (2) Sounds like water is still in bottom of tub (3) Agitator is very slow and I do not see my clothes being drawn down from Top to Bottom of tub Answers: (2) Was going to replace Dispenser, but said I don't like using anyway. (2) Water in bottom of tub will remain for balance. (3) Was told that the agitator is there to just move the water around and not necessarily the clothes - This bothered me because I am a person who needs to see the clothes submersing and getting a little beat to know that they're getting clean (old school). If I throw away my ideals, I have learned a little. So now I under-fill the tub so I can see a bit more water. This is okay for me because my last machine was smaller anyway. Also note, that while the service rep was here, I had a heavy sweater to wash. Because it soaked up most of the water, there was hardly any water in the tub. We cancelled the load. Then restarted it. Now the sensor detected a heavier load, due to the water-logged sweater, and filled the tub with more water. Then is worked like a charm. This is why you need to be concerned about all the "Bells and Whistles"! All-in-All, I have conformed to the machine, and it seems to be working well once I adjusted my expectations.

We bought this washer on 11-8-2023. Our clothes are cleaner, water usage is down , electric is lower what use to be 2 loads is only one with 4.1 space. the locking lid is a safety I enjoy. water level self ajusts so no guessing load size. Very quiet and easy to level . Insturctions are easy to read and PRINTED as well as on web.

Purchased after our washer quit. Wasn't sure if we would be pleased but we are very happy with it. It's quiet when running and the ability to adjust the amount of water in tub is great. Does a great job on washing clothes and very happy with the way agitator works. Does not rattle and shake even with large load. The only thing that is a little annoying is the buzzer when it's finished, sounds like an ice cream truck tune.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer because my old one was making terrible noises. I wash on “Deep wash” and Deep fill” so I can cover my clothes with water. I usually wash large loads and these settings really work well. So far, I’m very satisfied with my new washer. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks now.

As other users have found, the dishwasher does not add enough water to cover the clothes on the normal cycle. If I use deep washer bedding, the washer fills to the very brim and that’s a waste of water. My particular machine does not have an add water feature. Also, the soap dispenser cup fills with water and it never drains. So I’m left with nearly a cup of water sitting in the machine after a cycle. There’s no easy way to remove the container and dump the water. It ends up dumping into the bottom of the basket, which can contribute to mold. It also makes a strong chugging sound, even when the load is still in water is draining. It’s almost like a recording so we feel the washing machine is doing a vigorous job. I’d look for another washer if I were to do it over again. no problems with the dryer.

And I just Love the way it lets you know when it's completed wash with the Little Tune it plays at the end of cycle of Washing.Thanks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG Top Loader, glass top August 9, 2023. This is my first experience with LG. The Washer is marvelous, large , very quiet. It's also easy to use and very effect washing clothes. The washer has a much larger capacity than my previous washer. LG was very helpful through the process at communicating and support if needed. I received several helpful emails from them. I also called regarding extended warranty service.

It doesn't respond to any other times I try to press the buttons and I don't know what to do.

The washer is extremely quiet when it runs. Unlike our old washer, it has a self balancing feature. That means if it can’t balance itself, it won’t run. The Washer also has a self Diagnostic feature. You can use with your cell phone without Wi-Fi. That’s really useful to keep track of the condition of your washer.

There is also a self diagnostic feature that’s really great for keeping track of the washers condition. It has a glass top that you can see through so No, what’s going on inside your washer as it’s running. The only bad thing is the washer stands high, and my wife is short. She has some difficulty reaching the bottom Alto washer tub.
