We bought this In July 2023. I liked the style of the washing machine and the clear top. However, I dislike that not enough water is issued for a load of clothes. You are however able to select the more water selection before the loads starts. Most Terri le complaint is our washing machine stop powering on in October 2023 and a claim had to be submitted for repair. It took about two weeks for a technician to arrive. It is now back working.

I like how quiet it is, especially since we live in an apartment building. Overall, the machine runs and cleans fine.

Purchased after another "well-branded" 5 yr. old washing machine "passed out" and died! What a shock, but then again I should have purchased an LG 5 yrs. ago. Easy to operate, very quiet and the chime at the end of the wash is so pleasant! Worth every penny!!!

Hate it. Wish I could return it. Miss my broken washer so much. This machine does not add enough water. Water is expensive so to have to use deep fill and warm water is costing me a fortune so u need to add more options individually to the settings. In the detergent and softener cups there is always residual water sometimes full. This will give mold issues for sure. Sorry to say I am not happy with it Just hopes it lasts

The fabric softener dispenser is defective and will not come out and will not dispense the fabric softener. How can I get another one? This is only 4 months old. Otherwise I am happy with this machine.

Bought 1 month ago washed 4 loads fine then quit spinning and draining water out. Taking forever to get someone to even come look at it. You would think being a brand new washer I wouldn't be dealing with these issues so soon. Honestly would not recommend this washer or LG product to anyone. Very disappointing LG

At first disappointed at the low water level but then used ‘deep fill’ and got more water in the tub. Old washer (20 years old) allowed me to set size of load for water fill. I’ll just need to get used to the water input and like it as all new washers are water sensitive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am tired of the washers that have suspension rods! They are the worst technology in my opinion. The spin cycle is so frustrating, so much rearranging clothes to find the right balance point. when I saw the features of this LG, well, there is a reason why LG means Life's Good. Since I bought my washer, I love the way it works. Oh I had not only a washer with suspension rods, it also was an impeller ( I think that is the terminology). Old school agitators is better. at least that is my opinion.

It's also easy to use and very effect washing clothes. The washer has a much larger capacity than my previous washer. LG was very helpful through the process at communicating and support if needed. I received several helpful emails from them. I also called regarding extended warranty service.

The only thing we do not like is the chimes sound at the beginning and end of each wash cycle! And after researching how to turn these sounds off, we learn you cannot turn them off on this model LG!
