Thank you for sharing your feedback on the WT6105CW. We understand your concern regarding water levels on smaller loads. LG washers are designed to automatically sense load size and optimize water usage for efficiency, but clothing should still be properly saturated during the cycle. We’d be happy to review this with you to ensure the washer is operating as intended. Please reach out to our LG CareQ Team at 1-888-542-2623 with your model and serial number so we can assist with troubleshooting or discuss available options. We understand your concern and appreciate you sharing your experience. High-efficiency washers are designed to use lower water levels while still providing effective cleaning, but we know this can feel very different compared to traditional machines. It’s good to hear that using the Deep Wash and Deep Fill options has worked better for your needs. Your feedback about water levels on the Normal cycle is valuable and will be shared with our product team. If you’d like help optimizing cycle settings or have questions about performance, please contact LG Customer Support at 1-888-542-2623, Monday–Sunday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET.

Hi Carolyn! We love that you find your new washer easy to use! To help clarify the water levels: the Normal Cycle uses High-Efficiency sensing technology to automatically detect the size of your load, so it uses significantly less visible water while still cleaning your laundry effectively. The Speed Clean cycle uses a higher volume of water to clean smaller loads in a shorter amount of time. We hope this helps make the different water levels a little clearer! If you have any other questions about your WT6105CW, our LG CareQ Team is available through our support page: https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest experience with your WT6105CW. We’re sorry to hear that the water level during the normal cycle hasn’t met your expectations—it’s understandable how frustrating it can be when clothes don’t feel fully saturated or evenly cleaned. While the washer is designed to balance efficiency with performance, it should still provide a thorough and consistent wash. For immediate improvement, you might try selecting a higher water level, choosing a different cycle suited for larger or bulkier loads, or slightly reducing the load size to help improve water distribution. If the issue continues, we’d truly like to help take a closer look. Please use reference number: CNN260506370086 if you need further assistance. We are sorry to hear the water levels and agitation aren't meeting your expectations.
