Good but needs water level adjustment capability.
It works well on larger loads but there is too little water on small loads. It needs to have more water level adjustments. I have no complaints about the cleanliness of my clothes in larger loads but some things don't even get wet when you have a small load.

Poor Water use
The water levels in some of the wash selections is a joke. Using the Normal selection for small loads is useless, the clothes had barely enough water to get wet let alone wash. I have ended up just using the Deep Wash and Deep fill. So much for energy saving.

Normal setting lacking water
Normal setting lacks enough water. The clothes look llike their getting beaten with the low water level and in some cases the clothes are dry on parts of them.

Water level on normal is to low, leaves soap scum on clothes, agitator hardly agitates to properly clean clothes. Looks good and cycles are quick but would not recommend buying. If we could return for another product from LG we would

Takes to long for delivery
ZERO STARS! Don’t bother ordering this online. I have been waiting for mine to be delivered for a month now and the tracking hasn’t moved. When I call about it I keep being lied to about the delivery date, 4 different times to be exact. I have no idea when it will ever show up, very disappointed -loyal sams club member

I don't know what i like about it! I still havent recieved it! its been 3 weeks and still no washer! oh i get the run around froms Sams club, LG and now the delivery men also ! My advice is rent a u-haul and go pick it up yourself in Polk county! oh but for some reason they only have 1 of these washers in stock, just 1! its been 3 weeks of passing the buck! I want my washer !!!!

Worst customer service!
We bought a LG washing machine in November 2024. In July 2025 a piece of the door hinge broke. We contacted customer service and spoke to a very rude customer service rep. She kept telling us the machine was fine since an error code wasn't showing. After going round and round with her about still needing a repair man to come look at our broken henge, she sighed and told us if the tech came out and it wasn't a warranty issue, we would have to pay for a service call. The tech came out and had to order a new door for our washing machine. He came out on Aug. 5th and repaired the door. While he was repairing the door he moved the machine and hit the drain pipe under the machine causing it to come through the ceiling in our kitchen below. We have been going round and round with their off shore customer service trying to get the ceiling repaired. They keep telling us a "Presidential liason" will call us back in 24-28 hours and no one ever calls us back!!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!!!

The washer will start but won't finish the load. Has 2 year warranty that LG and Sams Club won't honor. I called both companies and said only 1 year and hung up. Being a disabled veteran on a budget, this is shameful. DONT BUY, ITS HOT GARBAGE!!!
