[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer but i dont love it. I don't like the sensor, it doesn't give enough water to really give a good clean for some loads. I more likely to wash a small load than to overfill. I've noticed I have to stop it sometimes and select the deep fill option which turns out to be too much. And I can't reach the bottom without a step stool but that's a me problem not LG's problem. :)

I bought this a month ago and it operates much better than our old Admiral washer. Very quiet operation, agitator, and spinning. Self balancing itself and load testing before it starts is a smart feature. Love the glass top and watching the cycles run as well as the many cycle options you can choose from. I looked underneath the top lid at bleach dispenser and the body construction and honestly it has a very good thick paint coating done, that's a plus! Many other brands will rust out in certain points, I don't see it happening on the LG. I also like how powerful the inlet valves and pump appear to perform, this washer drains fairly quick while also being very quiet. No leaks or annoying sounds. Overall for the price, warranty, design, and support it's a good washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my LG washing machine 3 weeks ago . I wash alot of laundry. Cat blankets and clothes for 3 adults. It is amazing how clean everything is . Love all the features and the little tune it sings when it's done. I use it every day. Washes rugs, sheets, cleaning cloths. I would recommend this machine very highly. Works great !!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer caught my eye due to the deep washing capability and the see through lid. The see through lid has made it possible to see that the water level for normal or small loads is not high enough to cover the clothes. It only comes up to about halfway of the load. I need to change the settings to deep wash to get enough water for both the wash and rinse which leads to using more water than needed. I’m not sure if this happens in all of these models or just mine.

The WT6105CW Top Load Washer was purchased and installed approximately 3 weeks ago. Initial impressions reveal an excellent product with a large capacity and user friendly controls. It is quiet and allows multiple mode selections to meet various wash demands. The spin cycle efficiently removes water, allowing for a shorter dry time.

My washing machine when caput!. And it didn't have an agitator. so I know LG was one the top and long lasting machines . I made sure there was a agitator! I also purchased the dryer to match. It is so nice, cleans your clothes beautifully . Love them both!!

I needed a new washer and I wanted one with a agitator cause I had a new washer with out one what a mess.I love how quite it is and so easy to level.I feel finally that my clothes are being clean and this washer is just what I wanted and needed.LIKE ALL THE FEATURES!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washing machine, is everything. I have never owned a wash machine like this before. I love the way it works. The washer is very quiet and it has a pause cycle. I’m so happy that I choose this product.

We bought a LG washing machine in November 2024. In July 2025 a piece of the door hinge broke. We contacted customer service and spoke to a very rude customer service rep. She kept telling us the machine was fine since an error code wasn't showing. After going round and round with her about still needing a repair man to come look at our broken henge, she sighed and told us if the tech came out and it wasn't a warranty issue, we would have to pay for a service call. The tech came out and had to order a new door for our washing machine. He came out on Aug. 5th and repaired the door. While he was repairing the door he moved the machine and hit the drain pipe under the machine causing it to come through the ceiling in our kitchen below. We have been going round and round with their off shore customer service trying to get the ceiling repaired. They keep telling us a "Presidential liason" will call us back in 24-28 hours and no one ever calls us back!!!! This is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with!!!
