Had the washer for over a year, performs great. The deep fill option is great for when you have work clothes, for people not sitting behind a desk, and you need a deep clean. This replaced a front load that we previously own but the control board went on, cheaper to replace than repair after 15 years.

I have had my washer 2 month now, Am very happy I chose this washer. Its very quiet and how it balances the before putting water is great. Its easy to use. I have had know problems using it. The tube is very tall so if you under 5ft it could be problem getting clothes out of the bottom.R

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically very disappointed. This washer does not agitate and move clothes properly. I am very curious as to what was ambiguous about noticing this flaw during the design and product development. It is extremely evident, looking at the clothes during the wash cycle that the clothes don’t move properly at all. What happened to quality control and trial and error. Does LG do anything about this to make up for a defective product? A recall should be absolutely done. What does one do when you can’t even find it ethical to sell it to another person?

This wasn't my first choice for washer but I am happy we bought this washer. Very quiet washer ! This is a great buy for Budget washer that gets the job done. The clothes come out smelling clean. We didn't have it in our budget to spend the extra $ 200 for a higher end washer.

As others have mentioned it does not even completely wet your laundry. Clothes can not be getting clean if they are not even getting wet. The only alternative is to chose the Deep Fill option which completely fills the machine with water. So you will not be able to wash a partial load of clothes. If you try washing a partial load with the machine full of water you will notice the agitation is to strong and your clothes will tear and pill as mine have done. I tried using the gentle cycle to wash clothes but the gentle cycle has 2 rinse cycles, again wasting so much water. This HE water saving machine is causing me to waste so much water. and it is ruining my clothes,

I bought this washer, last month, because my old washer, finally broke down after 13 years. I am very pleased with my purchase. I love the way the machine alerts me, with the chimes, about the different cycles, it goes through. I sincerely hope it lasts as long as my other machine did.

This product is probably the worst. The washing machine restricts the water to a trickle and it takes forever for the washer to fill up. I'm not having problems with the mother board. It sometimes doesn't recognize laundry is in the washer. There is a problem with the weight sensor. If the load is to light or heavy, it will not wash. It will go into a beeping mode and you have to switch it to several different cycles to complete a load of clothes and hours invested in completing a load of laundry if it even allows. Best advice, stay away from this model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the manual and the QR code on the washer, I am not able to check the status of my washer by the smart diagnosis since my phone said, that my washer was not recognized my LP products...on multiple attempts so I stop trying, and I would call the customer service later.

I bought the Lg WT6105CW 65 days ago and the pump is already gone thank god for one year warranty but if it’s already breaking what is it going to be like after warranty up.This machine will only show you error code on your smart phone well we do not have internet to make app.work at this location.Sucks wish we knew this before buying.The machine is a lemon.Do not buy.
