[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest issue with this washer is that it does not clean the laundry, the load comes out filthy regardless of load size or wash setting, even after multiple washes. And it does absolutely nothing to get stains out. Also the detergent dispenser holds water and needs to be drained after each load. And finally it has an incredibly high pitched sound throughout the entire wash. None of these issues are due to damage of the washer nor improper install, it is simply a poor product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer to replace another brand also named with "two letters". That washer gave out in only two years, so I was skeptical about buying another HE washer. I liked my washer from before, that lasted 15 years and had simple controls. A knob for load type and size, water temp and a start button! It cleaned as it should, period! I should have taken them with me when I moved! As I said, I bought this LG to replace the new but broken one of two years! Aesthetically the washer is great! The glass top really shows it off, the soft close feature is really nice too! The knobs are simple enough to use, and once you figure out how you want it to work for you, it does a great job washing clothes. It has a "bell chime" at the end of the complete cycle to let you know the clothes are done. It's super quiet, unlike the can opener grinding sound the other HE washer made! I think the trick is, at least for me, is to use the "deep wash" cycle for a normal load, this allows for what I consider to be a normal amount of water dispensed to wash appropriately. If you need to use say the "bulk load" cycle, then I would set the water to "deep fill". To me this allows enough water to be dispensed in order to cover the clothes and wash them properly. Also place/stack the clothes loosely and evenly around the agitator as it will turn and "weigh" the clothes for proper balance. You will need to use the dispensers for bleach, softner or detergent before closing the lid, because the washer won't start until the lid is closed and once the lid is closed, it locks! I like to use white vinegar in my rinse cycle to rid clothes of any residue. I have to put that in the softner dispenser and hope it ejects when it's supposed to. I've only used the washer 5 times now. I've washed towels, jeans and sheets during those times and have been happy with the results. All in all I'm pleased with this product, only time will tell if I will stay pleased! Follow the instructions, as it does seem like a lot to do just to wash clothes, but I think it is necessary to get good results. At this time I would certainly recommend this product to others, and I do apologize for the lengthy review! ;)

I brought this a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. only used it a few times as it takes forever to wash clothes. After about 7 washes had to call it in to try to fix what was wrong. They gave me trobleshooting instructions over the phone, which took way to long and did not fix the problem. It's a brand new washer and should not be having problems. I wish We had bought a different brand. To many issues. and still not working right.

For that reason I felt good about purchasing the base LG washer for a rental property. This machine doesn’t clean. I have pulled clothes out with not just stains but actual dirt still there. Very unhappy wouldn’t recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to operate. I like the see thru glass. The short wash dial. And it saves me money on using less water & detergent too. I am still testing on how much detergent to use. The spinning of my clothes that helps me use much less time in partly drying in the dryer. As long it helps me conserve, time & money.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically very disappointed. This washer does not agitate and move clothes properly. I am very curious as to what was ambiguous about noticing this flaw during the design and product development. It is extremely evident, looking at the clothes during the wash cycle that the clothes don’t move properly at all. What happened to quality control and trial and error. Does LG do anything about this to make up for a defective product? A recall should be absolutely done. What does one do when you can’t even find it ethical to sell it to another person?

This washing machine meets all my needs. It replaced my 16 year old washing machine and I am amazed how much cleaner and brighter my clothes look now. Wonderful quality at an affordable price with easy to use controls, quiet operation and great features.

Worst Purchase ever. Bought this for my bed and breakfast. Items do not get clean no matter what setting I use. I've contacted LG numerous times with no resolution. When the wash cycle is over, some of the clothes are still dry because they are never fully submerged. It has a large capacity The water level never gets high enough to submerge all the clothes. Complete waste of money, going to have to buy a new washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using the manual and the QR code on the washer, I am not able to check the status of my washer by the smart diagnosis since my phone said, that my washer was not recognized my LP products...on multiple attempts so I stop trying, and I would call the customer service later.
