This washing machine meets all my needs. It replaced my 16 year old washing machine and I am amazed how much cleaner and brighter my clothes look now. Wonderful quality at an affordable price with easy to use controls, quiet operation and great features.

Disappointed. Always have to deep fill to have water cover clothing (poor sensors evidently). Clothes not always clean, leaving lint or residue. Tub dirty on bottom after washing clothes which makes me wonder how clean clothes really are. I suggest: Don't buy this.

Got this machine for my Mom. She loves how quiet it is and easy to use, however she is 5'2" tall and cannot reach all items out of this machine. She uses a step stool to get laundry out. SO if you or someone you know is short or uses a wheel chair they will need assistance to remove items after they have been washed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Basically very disappointed. This washer does not agitate and move clothes properly. I am very curious as to what was ambiguous about noticing this flaw during the design and product development. It is extremely evident, looking at the clothes during the wash cycle that the clothes don’t move properly at all. What happened to quality control and trial and error. Does LG do anything about this to make up for a defective product? A recall should be absolutely done. What does one do when you can’t even find it ethical to sell it to another person?

Very sad with how loud it is. When you live in an apartment building, you don’t want it loud every time you do laundry. It sounds like a jetliner taking off when it goes into rinse and drain mode. I also had a rubber hose on my old machine and when they replaced it with the new hoses, they gave me a flexible plastic hose so I think that adds to the noise, also it doesn’t fill up with enough water. Also, I was told I would be able to operate it from my phone. Once I got home, it tells me this machine is not compatible. Overall, I am very disappointed, For an LG, I expected much more! I do love the see-thru top!

This machine does not wash heavily soiled clothes clean. When I use this machine to wash work pants that are moderately soiled, the machine does not get the knees clean. The agitator just gently swishes the clothes, so there is not enough agitation to clean the items sufficiently. My former, very old, now dead, machine worked much better. I'm disappointed with this purchase. I don't recommend this machine for people with seriously dirty clothes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchase this washer in May of 2024. In six months it broke down. Had to call for a repairman. Like the fact that the washer is very quite. Hope we don't have anymore problems. Glad I purchase the extended warranty.

I brought this a few months ago and have had nothing but problems with it. only used it a few times as it takes forever to wash clothes. After about 7 washes had to call it in to try to fix what was wrong. They gave me trobleshooting instructions over the phone, which took way to long and did not fix the problem. It's a brand new washer and should not be having problems. I wish We had bought a different brand. To many issues. and still not working right.

My old washer died after giving me 42 YEARS of faithful service! I would have repaired it, but they no longer make parts for it. That forced me to buy a new machine. I'm a big fan of great LG products and have been for many years. But THIS washer is the exception to the rule! The first load of laundry I did, I used the "Normal" cycle. There was not enough water in that tub to even thoroughly wet all the clothes! I had thrown a scoop of OxyClean in and when the clothes came out, they had OxyClean all over them! I had to re-wash the entire load and wound up using the "Deep fill" cycle in order to get enough water to even do the load. Such a DISAPPOINTMENT.

THIS WASHER IS TERRIBLE. I HAVE USED THE WASHER LESS THAN 10 TIMES AND THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS MESSED UP IN THE WASHER. CALLED TO GET THE WASHER EITHER REPAIRED OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. TECHNICAN CAME TO THE HOUSE AND THE PART IS UNAVAILABLE. HAD TO WAIT 48 HOURS TO FIND OUT THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE ME AN AUTHORIZATION TO GET MY REFUND TO FIND OUT THE PART IS AVAILABLE THEY SAY (I DON'T BELIEVE IT) ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 24-48 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO GET THE REPAIR COMPLETED. I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO PURCHASE A WASHER THAT HAS BEEN USED LESS THAN 10 TIMES. I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM LG BECAUSE THEY DON;T WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY WANT ME TO WAIT ALL THIS TIME AND IT IS FRUSTRATING. NOBODY HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG TO GET MY MONEY! A BRAND NEW WASHER SHOULD NOT BE HAVING SUCH ISSUES!!!!!!
