THIS WASHER IS TERRIBLE. I HAVE USED THE WASHER LESS THAN 10 TIMES AND THE TEMPERATURE SENSOR IS MESSED UP IN THE WASHER. CALLED TO GET THE WASHER EITHER REPAIRED OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. TECHNICAN CAME TO THE HOUSE AND THE PART IS UNAVAILABLE. HAD TO WAIT 48 HOURS TO FIND OUT THEY STILL WILL NOT GIVE ME AN AUTHORIZATION TO GET MY REFUND TO FIND OUT THE PART IS AVAILABLE THEY SAY (I DON'T BELIEVE IT) ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HAVE TO WAIT ANOTHER 24-48 HOURS FOR SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME TO GET THE REPAIR COMPLETED. I SPENT MY HARD EARNED MONEY TO PURCHASE A WASHER THAT HAS BEEN USED LESS THAN 10 TIMES. I AM GETTING THE RUN AROUND FROM LG BECAUSE THEY DON;T WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. THEY WANT ME TO WAIT ALL THIS TIME AND IT IS FRUSTRATING. NOBODY HAD TO WAIT THIS LONG TO GET MY MONEY! A BRAND NEW WASHER SHOULD NOT BE HAVING SUCH ISSUES!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG washer is a great appliance. I only wish it had a 'soak' feature but I've worked around that. It has had to have a repairman out twice for the top loader door noise but doesn't affect the mechanics of it. The second repair will be made 7/18/24 so hopefully that will be the end of the 'snapping noise' that I feared may eventually be a bracket break. It's quiet-a major plus-runs smooth.

Our machine is 6 months old and we are pleased with its operation. WE did have some problems at the outset but they were resolved by the LG agent. If you push the hood lock button the washer will not operate any function. This was covered in the manual but possibly not explicit enough. The other problem was caused by the installer by not leaving enough slack in the hose.

I love my new washing machine. Our laundry room is right off our family room and it doesn’t have a door. We never hear it running. It is quiet, uses minimal water and is easy to use.

I bought this washer early 2024. I have not had any isdues so far. It ia used lots, because my household always has a load or two to throw in. Works great.

Had the washer for 6 months and lg customer service has been very helpful. My washing machine has easy to use features and does a fine job washing my clothes and other things.

Bought 7months ago and have problem not filling water properly , been waiting for tech to fix it is going to be 3 weeks already and problem not resolve because of a piece not on time, Not recommended don’t este your money

Not pleased, it’s washes slow & I really don’t feel like clothes are clean because not all clothes are rotating. If I could return I would. I hate my money is gone to waste.
