Beautiful Picture/Easy Set Up

I love my new Samsung TV. I've had it for 6 months now and it works beautifully. it was so easy to install and operate. I'm old and not techy, so that was a very good thing. The picture quality is great.

Samsung Du2000. Love the TV!!

I love the picture,and everything, but the thing I don't like is that doesn't have a optic port, to plug in sound bar, but I have it Bluetooth to the TV. I love my Samsung TV!!

Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like how easy it is to pair to phones and internet. My mom had alzheimer's and has bad eyes and she loves this TV . Picture is crystal clear and sound is good as well. Great TV!

Waste of money

I tried this television for a few months now. The picture is absolutely horrible unless the room is totally dark. If the sun is shining in you can see nothing.

Hi PKDNPT, It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your DU7200 TV’s picture. Please know that we are here to help you. First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Don’t buy it

This TV is not user-friendly. The remote completely sucks and you can’t cast you’re stuck with AirPlay and then it freezes cuts out. The picture quality was better on my 10 year old Vizio. Totally regret buying it!

100's of free channels.

I purposely purchased my 3thd Samsung TV. I had 3 different models upstairs. The newest Samsung is a tad better than my 3 year old 85". Not only is the quality of the picture, sound, smart, and easy set up, the smart Chanels are fantastic.

Great picture needs a better sound (tinny)

Nice TV the only problem I have with it can't hook up my Bose system they don't have a Optical outlet on it at all been trying to find someone to help me

If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores! I hope this helps! I love my Samsung even if it's smarter than me

I wasn't sure if I would like my Samsung, but I love it. The color and picture is clear. The only problem is that the TV is smarter than me. Ha Ha I've enjoyed it very much.

One problem is sometimes there is no volume when I turn on tv. Very frustrating. Have to turn it off and on quite a few times before volume will come on.
