The controller, and the ability to get certain stations is totally frustrating. You need a new controller with more functions

Only a week since my son surprised us with the smart TV . We are Seniors and so still checking it out. I think we will be happy with our TV.

Purchased 1 month ago. TV is Great, however I'm disappointed the remote doesn't have a microphone on it.
