This is probably one of my best buys to date other than the PS5. Picture is great, my home theater system pairs perfectly and setup was pretty simple. Feature wise, even for a budget friendly TV for it's size, you'll get everything that you will need to get the most the most optimal results. Features like HDR10, Dolby Atmos, Variable Refresh Rate and more. This is perfect for both gaming and watching movies and shows. And lastly, it will not kill your pockets!

Terrible Remote, it is so tiny. If you have large hands you will hit more than one button at a time. It also does not have a cc button on the remote and it is multi-steps to get to that option. Otherwise it is a nice TV. Clear picture.

It's working well. Nice picture. Replaced a curved 55". Very similarly priced to the LG 65". Not sure why I chose the Samsung. We have both Brands in the house. Also thought it was reasonably priced. I do wish all these tv's had better sound options vs adding an external sound device. Might have to spend more money for that, I guess.

Never again will I order a TV from Sam's

The TV arrived with a broken screen. I called Sam's for assistance. They referred me to ATI the delivery service who referred me a second delivery service who referred me to Sam's. I had also ordered an 85" TV and it arrived a week later...wait for it... with a broken screen. So, I now have two TV's with broken screens and little help from Sam's.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience.1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume.2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound.3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again.Regarding your remote, please ensure there is nothing obstructing the line of sight from your remote to the IR sensor, which is located below the Samsung logo.
