Great features

This was my second Samsung TV. So far so good. No complaints whatsoever. My phone, stove. Fridge and microwave are also Samsung. Not so pleased with fridge, the ice maker always freezes up.

make "smart" home dumb again

-Cannot receive software updates unless you give Smasung permission to collect information on whatever you view on your TV. -Cannot disable Bluetooth.

Hi Robot, We appreciate your honesty regarding your experience with the DU7200 TV. Please know your feedback will be shared with our internal teams. If you do not wish to update your Firmware via Wi-Fi, you can download the update on a USB drive and manually update your TV: 1. On Samsung's website (upper right corner), go to Support > Manuals & Software > Find your TV model. 2. Download the update and extract it to the root of a USB thumb drive. (Do not put it in any folders on the thumb drive.) 3. Connect the USB thumb drive to a USB port on your TV. 4. Navigate to Settings > Support > Software Update, select Update Now, and then select Yes. 5. Follow the on-screen instructions to install the updated software. If we can further help with any other issues, we are happy to help. Just call us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Not Like My Old Samsungs

I had this set up Monday. By Thursday I could not access normal TV.I could only get Netflix. Now I have to hire someone to fix it! I like Samsung products and but their TVs. Never had a problem before. Can't find a way to fix it.Not Fun!

needs work on the set up and connections

Bought this to replace my 12 year old unit that died. Tried to install and have not been able to get to my brouser Spectrum for my favorite shows. Not real happy with the unit.

Best television I've ever called mine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cut the cord from cable TV a while ago, this TV is hard to tell what is really in front of you or if it is broadcast. The picture is beyond clear, it meets and surpassed my expectations.

Bad experience

No quality control. Pretty bad. Tried to hook up my Sonos sound bar for a month on a brand new 85 inch Samsung TV. Come to find out the motherboard to the TV was bad. What happened to your QC?????
