getting harder to understand.

Picture is fine. that's all. Remote control is a toy that does not agree with any cable provider. Useless, worthless. Volume is to be 40 and higher to be heard. Don't know how to adjust.

Hi BEHONEST2, Thank you for sharing your experience with low volume. There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! What a picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV. The Picture is brilliant and clear, tge colors are true, and the sound is awesome. I no longer need a sound bar. My next TV will be a Samsung again.

great picture

we are happy with the quality of the TV. Picture and sound is great! However, we are tired of the notification every time we change volume, channel etc. can we turn this off?

Great tv!

I purchased this product a couple months ago for our bedroom and we love it! The picture quality is great and the TV was discounted at a great price as well. It also came with 3 year warranty so it was a no brainer!

Great Buy!

I bought the TV because I needed a smart TV. My other TV was a Samsundlg and I was very happy with it. My only complaint would be the remote that comes with the TV... too small ... the buttons also are too small and too sensitive.

Annoying cracking sounds

I should have bought a higher end model. TV makes annoying crack sounds when turning it off. Samsung service exchanged all possible electronics, speaker etc. and TV continues making weird. Racking sounds. TV not recommended.

The cause may vary depending on where the sound is coming from and how your system is set up. • If the sound is coming from your TV speakers, or if you're using an external audio device like a soundbar, please double-check that the audio cable is securely connected to the correct audio output on the external device. • If you're using an antenna or cable connection, a weak signal may result in sound distortion. You can check your broadcast signal level by going to: Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Broadcast Signal • If the sound seems to come from the back of the TV, it may be the result of thermal expansion or contraction of the outer casing. This can cause a soft popping noise and is considered normal - it does not indicate a malfunction, and your TV remains safe to use. We also recommend running a Sound Test to check for audio issues: Home > left directional key > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Sound Test If the issue continues or you’d like assistance, feel free to contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, available from 8AM - 12AM EST, seven days a week. Great Product!

Not user friendly.

Not user friendly. Too many apps scattered all over the place. Difficult to navigate. Lots of trouble finding my favorite apps. Finally, don't buy this TV for the Spectrum app. It works, but not so good.

Great picture and lots of features a more comple user manual would be helpful I would recommend and would buy again. This is our 2nd Samsung tv and the reason for buying is because we liked our 1st Samsung

Nice TV, but lack compatibility with older devices

Like this TV, however the TV has fewer device connection ports that my older TV had. I am still unable, unsure how to hook up my Blu-ray, vhs, sound bar and cd players.
