Random power off

I bought the TV a few months back and it works great when watching via a usb connection. However, whenever we try to watch anything via streaming straight to the TV it shuts off randomly.

Hi Rwal21, Thank you for reaching out to us. If your TV appears to turn off by itself, try disabling some of the TV's energy efficiency functions. See if Sleep Timer has been enabled. The Sleep Timer automatically turns the TV off after a specific period of time. Go to: Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Sleep Timer If the Sleep Timer has not been enabled, see if Auto Power Off or Off Timer has been enabled and disable it. - Settings > All Settings> General > Power and Energy Saving > Auto Power Off - Settings > All Settings> General > System Manager > Time > Off Timer If the TV continues to turn off by itself continuously, please get in touch with Samsung Customer Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. TV is good but remote is bad!

I am pretty satisfied with my tv. Picture quality seems very good. The remote leaves a lot to be desired. It is too small and very hard and confusing to use.

Does not receive signal

The antenna to receive the WiFi is horrible Even though WiFi signal is great. Did not work right. Kept loosing signal. Needed to add a fire stick which has a better receiving capability than the tv.

First, let's ensure you are running the latest Firmware. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. I hope these tips help resolve your concerns. Remote

The remote is almost useless. I guess you were trying to make it simple, but it’s way too simple and it doesn’t allow me to do some of the things I wish to do. Maybe you ought to rethink that.

Great Buy!

I bought the TV because I needed a smart TV. My other TV was a Samsundlg and I was very happy with it. My only complaint would be the remote that comes with the TV... too small ... the buttons also are too small and too sensitive.

the tv works fast and clear ; however the remote its cumbersome , hard to program and easy to miss operate. the tv doesnt post all the downloaded apps nor its easy to find them
