Remote control flexibility

Bought the tv last month The remote control is too small …not a user friendly remote control. There should be #, arrows and option to use microphone for channels etc…

Could not hard wire the TV to our sound bar.

I bought this Samsung TV about two weeks ago and was disappointed we could not hard wire it to our Samsung sound bar. And last night the pixels got messed up while watching a show.

Hi None, Thank you for your feedback on the DU7200 TV! Your TV offers 3 HDMI ports and is Bluetooth and Wi-fi capable. If your sound system requires an optical out port, you can utilize an HDMI to Optical Converter, which is available at most electronic stores! Regarding any screen abnormalities you are seeing on your screen, please run a Picture Test to determine if the TV causes the problem. Picture Test displays a high-definition picture you can examine for flaws or faults. Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test If the issue continues to appear on all sources and the picture test, this will require service. For assistance in setting up a service appointment, please contact Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great features

The Samsung 65’inch Smart TV is a real nice tv.. it has a lot of features and the picture quality is very crisp but you can however set it to your desire preference.. it’s not bulky at all.. would definitely recommend a purchase

Almost prefect

I love the size, picture quality, price. I only gave it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the inputs. My old bose sound system hooks up by optical cable. No way to attach it to new TV. Had to buy new sound system. Oh well. Technology moves forward...

Great clear picure

It would have been nice if there were directions on the setup. The volume is not loud enough. Each channel is different. Still don't have full picture. Have full picture now 3/4 picture

Love it

Love Samsung TVs, its all we will buy. We cast from our Samsung phones and it is seemless. Love the extra broadcast channels when we hooked it to wifi. Could not be happier.

Remote control needs to be redesigned!!

Remote control is very difficult to operate. Even something as basic as muting Volume is not 100%. It works only half of the time. . Samsung! you need to put in more buttons that work and design the remote for ease of use for viewers.
