Unit is outstanding. Great Pic. Really Great. Easy and smooth to operate, except. Be sure to get a remote with voice recognition. Most of what I watch is streaming.

The Samsung TV is the best. We've owned Samsung TV's for the last 25 years and haven't had any issues. We just bought our son a new Samsung this past Christmas and he's very happy with it. We currently have 4 Samsung TV's in our home.

The TV itself is great. The setup was easy. The remote control is absolutely terrible. It is so small so large fingers hit 2 buttons at a time. It is also very difficult to turn closed captions on and off.

I absolutely love my frame tv - looks like beautiful piece of art - a friend visiting this week didn’t believe it was a tv until I switched over from art to tv. I bought a very pretty gold wooden frame for it. TV has great picture & sound !

I've had my TV for a few months and I live it. The color and sound are great. I'm still having problems understanding some of the features but I'm getting there.

You can't go wrong with a Samsung TV. We have one in our family room and we bought one for the wife's mother. I like how you push one button and all your apps are right there.

Received this as a gift. love the picture. the clarity is amazing. everything is easy to use. the only down for me is the clicker. the buttons are too small and close together. with everything was slightly larger

No quality control. Pretty bad. Tried to hook up my Sonos sound bar for a month on a brand new 85 inch Samsung TV. Come to find out the motherboard to the TV was bad. What happened to your QC?????

it has a good picture, I am not real happy with the remote, the sound and channel buttons are difficult to use, they do not work as I would like them to, changing the channel is a pain in the butt, and ajusting the sound is something to be desired
