I purchased a few months ago and we do like the TV! The instructions for operating it I didn’t see in the box. Can’t figure how to operate the voice command!

Better than Iphones

We decided to change from iphones back to android. So far I love this phone. The camera is amazing! It was not difficult to figure out. Plus we got a spanking, great deal through our provider!

the tv seems to be ok, but the remote sucks

it has a good picture, I am not real happy with the remote, the sound and channel buttons are difficult to use, they do not work as I would like them to, changing the channel is a pain in the butt, and ajusting the sound is something to be desired

Remote control needs to be redesigned!!

Remote control is very difficult to operate. Even something as basic as muting Volume is not 100%. It works only half of the time. . Samsung! you need to put in more buttons that work and design the remote for ease of use for viewers.

bad buy

horrible tv is new but continues to act up freezes and sometimes volume doesn't come out or lags not happy at all I thought Samsung was supposed to be good
