Waste of money

I tried this television for a few months now. The picture is absolutely horrible unless the room is totally dark. If the sun is shining in you can see nothing.

Hi PKDNPT, It’s unfortunate to hear you’re not fully satisfied with the brightness of your DU7200 TV’s picture. Please know that we are here to help you. First, let’s ensure you are running the latest Firmware Update. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update. Next, If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright, you can try adjusting Picture Modes, Contrast, Brightness, or Sharpness settings. For darker scenes, I recommend Dynamic Picture Mode, which makes pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic. Or you can manually adjust the Brightness by pressing the HOME button on your remote, then navigating to Settings > All Settings> Picture > Expert Settings. You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode, which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings > All Settings> General > Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Imo it's a good TV

got it today have a new roku coming tomorrow that has dolby vision and sound and cant wait to play some movies i see complaints about the remote but i think its fine the volume and channel rock up and down not pressed

Good for a low end product

Don’t expect a lot more than a good picture when you are viewing straight on. This a very basic, low price 4K TV. Sounds quality is fair, screen reflects everything.

Love it

Love Samsung TVs, its all we will buy. We cast from our Samsung phones and it is seemless. Love the extra broadcast channels when we hooked it to wifi. Could not be happier.

I purchased this TV around Christmas and I really love it. The price and quality can't be beat. I'm always impressed with Samsung and the quality of the tvs produced. Excellent picture quality and sounds

Missed potential

The picture is good the speakers are awful, there's no way to go directly to a channel without scrolling. The blue tooth is not the latest considering the set was recently manufactured. I gave it 3 stars for picture quality.

Regarding audio issues, there are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. To select a channel on your TV, press the 123/Settings button on your remote. Then select the number keypad and enter the channel number. Good picture, good price.

I bought this after Christmas. The price was right and the picture quality is good. The only issue is there is no channel guide for my youtube tv subscription. You have to click through like a hotel tv.

bluetooth unknown

I like all the free channels; The only problem I was loosing internet connection with my WIFI and I was picking up unknown bluetooth connection; WIFI Has to reboot.

Great TV but could've had more wired features

I love everything about the tx except they don't have a cord for the soundbar it's only by Bluetooth & sometimes the speeds don't match as far as the talking
