Even better Resolution for 2024

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better resolution than the prior year. Screen resolution have been redefined, and such bold picture. Compare to other models, this UHD to me is better. Better pictures and much lesser value in the market in which you can't beat. Awesome job with the upgrade Samsung. Best quality too.

This TV has great picture clarity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second Samsung tv for my home. I bought this one for the master bedroom because I loved the other one so much which was in the living room. I enjoy watching tv in the bedroom so this new tv replaced a perfectly good tv already there, but I can’t imagine any other brand in the house, so I bought another Samsung tv to watch in the bedroom. Love it!

Size

We own several Samsung TV sets. Unfortunately, the build quality of this set is not what I am accustomed to in a Samsung TV. The 45" Samsung set we bought in 2008 and replaced with this one has better picture quality. The colors look washed out, the sound level is stuck at 15, and can be neither raised or lowered. And the flimsy back covering makes the set appear cheap. The price is great for a set this large, but build quality was substantially compromised.

Gteat features

I really like this television and all its features. The picture when looking at it straight on is crisp and the colors are amazing. However, if you are in an area where you are getting a side view the picture no longer has the crispness but rather a duller hazy look. Is that a correctable thing?

Last way less than expected

TV went bad in less than two years, as well as my Frame TV. Couldn't be less happy with Samsung at this time, and won't be purchasing another Samsung ever again, and they would be the last TV I recommend to anyone. Quality control has really dropped off over time.

A must buy, picture clarity at a great price!

The enhanced color in the picture of skin tones and backgrounds are fantastic! I upgraded from a smaller Samsung 2 weeks ago and honestly I don't know why I hadn't done it sooner. So proud of it, I've had family and friends over several times to watch tv!! 65" may not be the biggest but total satisfaction.

Nice tv, but cuts out while gaming

This is a great tv, but we have one major problem with it. When my family is playing video games, the screen will randomly go black for a few seconds, then come back on. It's like it switches itself off of game mode by itself. Very frustrating, but other than that, it has been a nice tv. Wish there was a way to fix this problem.

Hi DfamOf5, If you've switched on your TV and the sound comes through fine, but you do not see any picture, there are three potential issues. 1) A connection issue is the most common problem where there is a bad connection, faulty cables, or improper installation. 2) An issue with the device connected to the TV. There may be a video output setting on the device that you must set properly before it will output to the TV. 3) There is something wrong with the TV, requiring a technician to assess the TV and find a solution. Remote Control Stinks

The remote control for this TV is a pin in the rear. Labeled as a "smart remote," it is anything but. Starting off with the fact that there are no numbers for channel selection, it is not easy or convenient to use. Much of the utility of this remote lies within the main wheel. This "wheel" is quite sensitive to exactly where you touch it. I DO NOT LIKE THIS REMOTE. The old Samsung remote controls were much better.

Awesome television

My old Visio finally died, replaced it with a new Visio and it was a horrible tv. Then bought this Samsung and absolutely LOVE everything about it! No more having to deal with 3+ remotes, the picture is sharp and clear. Remote is easily learnable and did I say how much I LOVE this television?!?!

The features are amazing

I also enjoy that I get all the apps that I really like on there like Disney plus
