Reliable source of Quality Entertainment.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are multiple Samsung televisions in my home. They are a truly reliable source for quality entertainment. The sound output and visual effects are incredible. For someone like me with hearing loss, the instant access to CC options is invaluable. There are times when I’ve gone to local entertainment, theaters, and venues only to be disappointed by the audio and visual quality of the event. I’ve become spoiled by the Samsung products. It should come as no surprise that I and others would rather stay home with Samsung to watch news, sporting events, and movies.

Sound features not as good

Liked my old Samsung much better. The speaker in this is not nearly as good. Have to turn the volume Up over 60 to 70 on most programs to even be able to hear. And no, I’m not hard of hearing! Still have my other Samsung and like that TV much better. Not sure if it’s because they’re making them so much thinner that the speakers aren’t the quality that they used to be. My old one is not that old and definitely better quality. Disappointed in this one.

There are several volume features you can adjust, which may improve your audio experience. 1) Auto Volume automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume. 2) Adaptive Sound automatically adjusts to a specific volume level while watching TV. The TV analyzes your volume usage history by time period to automatically adjust the volume when you use an app or switch to an external input source. Go to Settings> All Settings> Sound> Sound Mode> Adaptive Sound. 3) Several Sound Modes are likewise available to meet your personal preferences: Home > Settings > All Settings> Sound > Sound Mode. Also, some sources have their own volume control, which might need to be set higher. Please check the volume control of the external device (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between an external device and the TV and then try the cable connection again. If you need more help, Samsung is here for you! Great picture. The controller is a little hard to.

Bought this a few months ago and we have an irritating issue with the tv. While watching the tv all of a sudden the whole screen goes black. It’s like a black out. This doesn’t happen to any other tv in the house. Otherwise the picture is beautiful. Too late to take it back to Cocsco.

75” Samsung

I really like my 75” Samsung tv but the only thing I don’t like is when I turn it on it has all these “apps” I’ll call them and the live tv is one of them BUT I can’t go to them!!?? And it takes a bit to have the actual live tv go to the big main screen

The reason I love my samsung tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my Samsung tv mostly for watching my sporting events or watching music video's with the Samsung sound bar hooked to it.. The Clarity and the Sound is so amazing.. I'm samsung junky with the ear pods, tablet and laptop.. Samsung Rocks

What features ??

Picture is good. too many bells and whistles. Just wanted a simple TV. Not too many advantages over the old TV. Actually None, just has 100% of it's pixels. Too hard navigate. Other TV was simple to change to movies now nothing is free or easy to find.

Perfect TV for a smaller room

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 55 inch Samsung TV for my bedroom to replace a 42 Inch Samsung TV that still works, but I felt was too small for my room I just moved into. This is a perfect fit. I love that you can adjust where the legs are to hold the TV, that was a big factor in placement. This is the 5th Samsung TV we have and I will need to replace the Living room 65 inch Samsung to 75 inch or bigger. Can't wait to do that, I know it will be a great fit.

ROKU is awful but better than the Samsung remote

The picture is good but could be a lot better. I will try changing the picture mode to dynamic to see if that helps. The really bad thing about this tv isn't the tv at all, it is the absolutely ghastly remote and user interface. It is extremely easy to hit the wrong button due to the tiny size of the controls and it is impossible to get rid of all the junk apps that you don't use and don't want to see. I finally gave up and bought a ROKU to use as an interface. I have always thought that ROKU's user interface was terrible but it is still much better than the moronic Samsung remote experience. I took the batteries out of the Samsung remote and tossed into a junk box and only use the tv through the ROKU.

If the image is defined as Filmmaker Mode, it will automatically switch to Filmmaker Mode while watching. Quality device, but horrendous support and limits

Overall I find this unit to be good quality and it fills the need I have. I do have some reservations about it, there is no audio output port for a sound bar with such. Additionally I despise the requirement for a Samsung account for the device to even function. Quality of the device is good, but the support and restrictions are ridiculous.

Great TV, horrible remote

The TV is great, but I really dislike the remote. It's so thin and light it ends up falling off soft surfaces like the bed and couch. It doesn't have many buttons so you have to toggle through a lot to get somewhere. Our other two Samsung tvs have the same remotes now this one is totally different.
