Excellent Samsung 43" Crystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung television is used in a bedroom size room for gaming, live television and streaming. The graphics are exceptional and sound quality is very good. I love the Samsung TV Plus. I use an antenna for reception. Definitely no regrets.

Two lines runneth through my screen

After about one week, there are two thin purple lines the go across the entire screen. One horizontal across the middle and a vertical one about a foot over from the left side. It’s too much trouble to remove from the wall bracket so I just decided to live with it. But definitely disappointed with the quality of this tv.

Samsung crystal 65

Amazing quality, sound is great as well, haven't had any problems yet, interface is smooth works well with a mouse and keyboard and compatible with mirror mode with my Samsung cellphone. Its durable too. I'd recommend it. I plan to purchase another in the near future .

What companion

I am. I was, and I believe, I always will be happy with Samsung Tv. my last Smart Tv lasted me 10 years I think, or close to that. However, one must remember that, as I am retired. I used to turn it on just for company. Then, it died. So, I bought another one. Thank you, Samsung, you are good viewing and good company.

Extremely slow startup

This TV has great sound and a very nice picture. The main problem I have with all Samsungs is that the remote keeps changing. I own several Samsungs now and every remote is different. Even though they are Smart TVs, I use a ROKU on all of them. With the ROKUs, I don't have to explain to the wife or kids (over and over) how each remote functions. We just use the ROKU remotes to control them all, and they are all the same. This particular TV also takes a ridiculously long time to start up. Early on, I kept thinking I forgot to press the power button. In addition to that, it takes a long time to recognize that something is connected to the HDMI 1 port. My other Samsungs start up quickly and go directly to the HDMI port where the ROKU is installed. Even without the ROKU, I think the slow startup will bother most people.

Worst Interface / Menu system of any tv. Don't buy

Good picture but the most horrible and confusing user interface I have ever seen. If you want to spend hours trying to figure out how to add an app to your home screen or to remove all the spammy recommendations only to find out you can't then you might like this TV. All basic functions are buried in the worst menu system I have ever used. in any electronic device.

Great picture

Extremely easy to hook up my buds 3. The motion and picture on this TV is very realistic. Extremely happy with my Samsung 60in television.

Nice TV. But has issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] TV is so-so. Got Samsung sound Bar also. So audio if fine. But Blue tooth system sucks. I have a very close to a top of the line router. That is only about 15 feet away from TV. And the Samsung free TV channels always lock up or freezes. VERY poor Blue tooth setup on this TV. Not impressed at all. Our older LG "non smart TV" was better.

I recommend enabling auto-updates to ensure you do not miss any Firmware Updates. Go to Settings> Support> Software Update> then select Auto Update. Next, let's try running a cold boot on your TV. To do so, hold down the Power button on the Samsung TV remote until the TV turns off and then on again. This should take about 5 seconds. You may also want to further optimize performance with the self-diagnostic tool, which checks memory, frees up unused cached memory, and closes background apps. Picture quality is good

Picture quality is good, design is good, but moving between devices is a bit inconvenient, and when adjusting the volume, it often switches to another section, which causes a lot of embarrassment during presentations. The TV itself is excellent, but the software is somewhat inconvenient. For example, the options that can be set within the TV and the connectivity between the TV and linked devices don’t work as desired, making it a bit uncomfortable.
